Culminating Point

1. A military operation reaches its culminating point when the current situation can just be maintained and no further development of greater advantage. (AFPM 3-8-1) 2. Is that point in time and space at which a force no longer possesses the capability to continue its current form of operations. Culmination represents a decisive shift in relative Army power. (PAM 3-00)
