Integrated Territorial Defense System

Is a strategy of integrating the effort of mobile forces, territorial forces (AFP-designated territorial forces, CAA companies, PNP, and local defense organization); local government; local sectoral organizations (NGOs, POs); and the local populace into an effective defense and security system that will secure and insulate the locality from enemy influence, incursion or re-entry.
