Organizational Flexibility

The ability of an organization or unit to make changes in its set-up at a minimal time and with the least complications. This includes the sudden attachment, detachment, or grouping of sub-units or assets, activation of a command system, the merging of different units into a single unit or the conduct of split battery operations.
