This manual provides the Army standard terms to be used by army forces in the conduct of land operations as well as for the institutional army (HPA, TRADOC, ASCOM, etc...) in its function to develop, organize, train, equip, support and sustain army forces. It provides the army a common language in performing military tasks.       This manual contain standard army terms, abbreviations, and acronyms extracted from promulgated doctrine manuals.       This manual is intended to be used by officers, enlisted personnel and civilian employees assigned at HPA offices, PAMU units, trainers and doctrine developers, and personnel assigned in field units.
