This manual serves as guide to all Army Internal Auditors in the performance of their mandated task in order to safeguard Army resources and add value to the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Philippine Army. This likewise provides basis for all stakeholders on Internal Audit purposely to increase awareness on Internal Control that would safeguard Army assets, set direction on Internal Auditing and ensure compliance to existing accounting and auditing laws, rules and regulations and directives of the Army.
