Command and Control, Communications, and Cyber System Network Infrastructure Manual builds on the communications information provided in PAM 6-00. This manual identifies general ways to perform missions and tasks to establish the Philippine Army Network (PANET) to facilitate command and control for PA Operations. The principal audience for this manual are Army personnel who plan, install, operate, maintain, and secure the C4S Network. Trainers and educators in the Philippine Army will also use this publication.
