This manual will serve as a guide for the following purposes: To capture direct inputs from the different PA units and personnel which will serve as the basis for doctrine amendments and revisions and; To enhance the development of doctrinal thinking and awareness in the Philippine Army organization.      This also provides readers, especially those that actually manage and execute the tasks of doctrine development, with basic management principles of handling feedback inputs, as well as their integration to the total doctrine development process. It also provides theoretical explanations of the feedback network and the system dynamics for better appreciation and operation of project management teams and doctrine developers.
