The purpose of this manual provides information and guidance for the Philippine Army Corps of Engineers personnel, and commanders and staff on the conduct of engineer mobility operations. It also sets doctrinal concepts to guide maneuver commanders on the employment of engineer units to be able to utilize them effectively in providing mobility support as a part of the maneuver force.           This publication contains the basic aspects of engineer mobility operations. The functions of engineers in the offense and defense in support of infantry operations. The nature employment of the engineers, the command and control and the support relationships in terms of logistics. Information contains in this manual are derived from various sources such as foreign manuals that are being used in the Philippine Army. The doctrines are analyzed and carefully studied in order to suit Philippine situation and conditions.
