The Force Structure Planning Manual (PAM 5-0102) is one of the pillar manuals of the Philippine Army Strategic Planning. It provides guidance in the Army’s force structure planning process to aid planners in developing force structure.      This manual provides the definition, guiding principles, overarching framework, and processes of the Philippine Army force structure planning.      This manual benefits planning officers of the HPA and PAMUs, particularly those who are members of the PA Capability Development Board, PA Force Restructuring and Organizational Development Committee and Table of Organization and Equipment Board. This manual may also be used by students of staff courses.
