The purpose of this manual is to provide a guide in the conduct of Information Support Affairs planning and operations in support to Civil-Military Operations of the Philippine Army. It provides a guide in the conduct of ISA planning and operations in terms of mission, employment, capabilities, requirements, organization and limitation of ISA in support to Civil-Military Operations in the Philippine Army.      This manual provides basic knowledge in the development and production of Information Support Affairs materials and guide in the execution of Information Support Affairs activities
