
Imagery Intelligence is one of the intelligence requirements of Philippine Army. It provides information on new targets, as well as detect geospatial changes, perform surveillance, plan missions, and assess combat results through imagery collection and exploitation. This manual sets forth the principal concepts, guidelines and other considerations in conducting Imagery Intelligence (IMINT). It puts into context the specific doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures for producing and collecting IMINT in support of Philippine Army (PA) intelligence operations. The primary users of this manual are the personnel who are assigned in IMINT units and those who utilize imagery intelligence. This manual also serves as reference to the following: Army commanders who will take full advantage of IMINT capability in support of their mission IMINT units who shall be at forefront of delivering factual related services to supported units Sustainment planners tasked to support this type of operation Other major services for their consideration in conducting joint operations with the Philippine Army. The proponent of this manual is the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence, G2, Philippine Army.
