This manual focuses on the universally accepted tactics, techniques, and procedures in combat operations that can be applied in Internal Security Operations (ISO) and is appropriate for any levels of conflict.      This manual is primarily intended to guide the infantry rifle company commander, his executive officer, first sergeant, squad, and platoon leaders.
