The PA International Military Affairs Manual serves as an official guide to all IMA related issues and concerns in the Philippine Army. The manual presents extensive information that will guide all the IMA officers of the PA in all matters pertaining to international engagement from the planning, implementation, assessment, and dissemination. This manual also aims to address the intricacies and sensitivities of the conduct of PA IMA, which needs a concrete reference to guide all IMA practitioners in the execution of their mandated task related to international engagement. Additionally, this reference will be a potent guide in ensuring the purposive conduct of IMA activities and the efficient use of Army resources for international engagement. The intended user of this manual is the Philippine Army personnel, particularly the IMA practitioners.
