It provides the commander, the kennel master, and the handler with the information needed to maintain a proficient and operationally effective unit K-9/ MWD program.      This manual explains policies, procedures, and responsibilities for the direction, management, and control of the Philippine Army K-9/Military Working Dog program. This manual complements, and must be used with other prescribed Philippine Army policy and requirements.
