The PHILIPPINE ARMY DOCTRINE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY (PAM 8-012) is an official reference on the framework, processes and tasking mechanisms that will guide us in the development of our military doctrine. This Manual’s provisions were tested, validated and found to be in accordance with the basic doctrinal policy of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
