This manual provides the fundamental concepts of risk management in the Philippine Army. It contains fundamental concepts related to the risk management system such as identification, assessment, and evaluation of risk as it seeks to serve as a pillar manual of the emerging subtopics. This also seeks to guide the risk management practitioners of the Philippine Army, specifically the officers and personnel of Army Governance and Strategy Management Office, Governance Strategy Management Offices, Army Strategic Management Committee, ATR Action Officers, ATR Technical Working Group, Unit Commanders, and Chiefs of offices. The proponent of this manual is the Army Governance and Strategy Management Office.
