This manual covers standards and responsibilities for the preparation and production of PA manuals, doctrinal publications, and other TRADOC training publications.      Information obtained within this manual is applicable to writers, editors, and publishers designated under the PA Doctrine Development system.      TRADOC writers and editors should also adhere to its contents when preparing training pamphlets, circulars, and other related publications.      This manual does not encompass accepted writing forms and styles used in normal military correspondence and other administrative publications where different standards are in effect.
