Physical Fitness (SP 8 - 037)

     The contents of this reference material will help leaders prepare their soldiers meet the physical demands of the battlefield. The programs outlined will greatly benefit the soldiers in that these will help invigorate training, enhance productivity and improve mental alertness. These programs will also help promote team cohesion and combat survivability.      This material can be used by all soldiers and is valuable in enhancing combat readiness especially in the current engagement of the Army in Internal Security Operations.
