This manual provides the fundamental concepts of strategy management in the Philippine Army.      The manual will contain fundamental concepts related to the strategy management system such as strategic planning, alignment, execution, monitoring, and evaluation as it seeks to serve as a pillar manual of the emerging sub topics.      This manual seeks to guide the strategy management practitioners of the Philippine Army, specifically the officers and personnel of Army Governance and Strategy Management Office, Governance Strategy Management Offices, Army Strategic Management Committee, ATR Action Officers, ATR Technical Working Group, Unit Commanders, and Chiefs of offices.
