The School Management Manual provides school commandants, faculty members and the non-teaching staff of PA training institutions an overview of the school management systems. It establishes common norms in the management of Army schools to set one standard in providing quality education and trainings. The manual covers school organization and staffing, and provides across the board structure of the PA training institutions. It encompasses instructors-students relationship and personnel management policies pertaining to faculty and staff development programs. Further, the publication includes guidelines in the application of the AFP Education and Training Evaluation System (ETES) to schools as institutions or to their particular programs. The proponent of this manual is the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Education and Training, G8, Philippine Army. The Doctrine and Capability Integration Center (P), Training and Doctrine Command, Philippine Army is responsible for the review and update of this publication.
